片劑生產(chan) 線設備、壓片機、ZP35D旋轉壓片機是一種雙壓式自動旋轉，連續壓片的機器，將顆粒狀原料壓製成片劑。它主要用於(yu) 製藥工業(ye) 的片劑生產(chan) ，同時適用於(yu) 化工，食品，電子等工業(ye) 部門。外圍罩殼為(wei) 全封閉形式，材料采用不鏽鋼，內(nei) 部台麵用不鏽鋼材料，能保持表麵光澤與(yu) 防止交叉汙染，符合GMP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態，側(ce) 麵板能全部打開，易於(yu) 內(nei) 部清洗和保養(yang) 。所有控製器和操作件均布局合理。采用變頻調速裝置進行電氣調速，操作方便，轉動平穩，安全準確。配有過載保護裝置，當壓力過載時，能自動停機。實行機電一體(ti) 化，采用觸模建及屏幕顯示。傳(chuan) 動係統密閉在機器主體(ti) 下方油箱中，是*分離的獨立部件，亦不會(hui) 產(chan) 生油汙汙染，又使傳(chuan) 動部件浸潤在油池中，易散熱且耐磨。機器裝有吸塵裝置，能將壓製室內(nei) 飛揚的粉塵吸收幹淨。機器的易用損件如上軌道，加料器，料鬥，傳(chuan) 動蝸杆，粉量器等與(yu) ZP33型產(chan) 品具有通用結構，有得於(yu) 標準化、通用化、係列化。
